Four guardians rule the land of Pangea, all four have their struggles. An unwanted marriage, a romeo and juliet type romance, a child with impossible expectations forcing them to grow up and a teenager that needs to learn how to grow up. Dove is an unprepared leader of a clan whom cheated their way into power. Her mysterious mother left the weight of ultimate leadership on her shoulders and she is forced to cope. Unfortunately, Dove feels obligated deep down to atone for her mother's sins and accepts death as soon as she is attacked by one of those her mother has wronged. Wolf is a man who is trying to do what's best for his tribe. Having had everything stripped away from them, he was not in a position to negotiate peacefully with the enemy. He kidnaps and attacks a girl named Dove who he thought was the exact person he came to hate. He realized his mistake as soon as he brought her home and thus their long and complicated relationship begins.
